We build mills and grinders with durability in mind, offering material and packaging options to support a more considered, lower-waste product range. Our production aligns with recognised food-grade standards and certifications for kitchenware products in Europe, the USA and more.
What sort of materials are used in pepper and salt mill manufacturing?
You can choose from a variety of options depending on your intended product range, usage settings, and price point. Single or multi-material designs are available. For instance:

For grinding mechanisms, we mainly use our own proprietary ceramic grinding mechanisms as they are corrosion-resistant and built to last. We can tailor the grind range and coarseness adjustment, along with refining the turning feel to maintain a consistent output. We can also use stainless steel grinding mechanisms when required.

Can you create custom mill designs?
Yes, this is our specialty. We are not a wholesaler or distributor, although we do have our own in-house OEM grinder ranges. From modern countertop sets to more classic gifting styles, we can customise your brand’s overall mill design, including materials, finish, and brand details, so the mills fit your range rather than feeling off-the-shelf.
Do you offer sets or single mills?
Both. We can develop single mills, paired pepper-and-salt sets, or multi-piece formats depending on how you plan to sell your tableware product range.
Can you develop matching products too?
If you're building a wider tableware collection, we can support complementary kitchenware such as glass jars, drinking bottles, silicone mats and more to ensure the entire range feels cohesive.
Do you work with brands outside Australia?
Yes. We work with both local and international brands (including numerous famous European brands), supporting pepper and salt OEM manufacturing projects across a wide range of order volumes.
What information do you need to quote a project?
We require a design concept (normally 3D design files), target audience, preferred materials, and your estimated order volume as a foundation to begin your project. If you don’t have a design but have reference images, we can still do our utmost to help.

Show us the style of pepper mill you want and where it will be sold or used. We'll recommend suitable materials, finishes, and a practical direction for product development.

2. Sampling and Refinement
We produce sample prototypes and fine-tune key details, including grind range, adjustment feel, mechanism fit, and overall balance. Branding and packaging are finalised alongside the product.

3. Production and Delivery
After approval, we move into scaled production with quality checks for fit and consistent grinding, then apply your branding and packaging and prepare the order for delivery.
